Acceptance of Terms

By accessing eplots.in or using the ePlots platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and software.

Use of the Software

ePlots is licensed on a subscription basis for your internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or copy the platform without written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance as per the selected plan. Applicable GST is charged additionally. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of all venture, plot, client and accounting data entered into ePlots. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.

Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance wherever possible.

Limitation of Liability

ePlots and RD ITS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
